Shipping Errors

• Items shipped incorrectly or shipments that are short must be reported within 5 business days by emailing sales@laserprintersplus.com or by calling 301-933-9007.

Defective Remanufactured/Compatible Returns

• Remanufactured cartridges have a one year warranty.
• All returns are subject to inspection and testing prior to credits being issued.  Products found to be non-defective or used will not be credited.
• Credits will be issued within 30 business days.

Non-Defective Remanufactured/Compatible Returns

• All non-defective products must be sent returned freight prepaid.
• Items returned within 90 days will receive in-store credit which can be applied to future purchases or repair orders.
• Returns must be 100% resalable (with all original packaging, all parts, instructions, and labels).  Do not write the RA number, comments or stick labels on the original packaging, as that will make it non-resalable.

Defective OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Returns

• Claims for defective products must be reported within 30 days.
• Credits will be issued within 30 business days.

Non-Defective OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Returns

• Non-defective OEM items cannot be returned after 30 days.
• Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
• Returns must be 100% resalable (with all original packaging, all parts, instructions, and labels).  Do not write the RA number, comments or stick labels on the original packaging, as that will make it non-resalable.

Shipping Instructions

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• All printers and equipment must be returned unopened and sealed in its original packaging. Otherwise, the products are considered used and not returnable.
• Credits cannot be given on any product when either the product or the manufacturer’s boxes have been written on, damaged or otherwise marked in any way.
• All products must be shipped in protective outer boxing, with any applicable reference numbers clearly marked on exterior of shipping box.
